Hi, I haven't used my apple watch for a while and now I want to use it again. I put it on charge and it gives me only the apple sign then the sign turns red while fading away.
I tried to press on the on switch for 30 seconds while charging it, it gave me "contact apple support".
What should I do?
How much is "for awhile"? Was the battery near depletion when you stopped using it?
If it was longer than 45 days I think your battery is dead and you will need to get it serviced to use it again.
Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, the release both.If that doesn't correct your issue, call Apple Support...https://www.apple.com/contact/
