So I have a few questions, does MetroPCS, support the gps/cellular Apple Watch series 4? Also, depending on the carrier, does it Cost extra on ur monthly phone bill to have the watch connected with a cellular carrier?

Yes, there is an extra monthly cost for adding the Watch. On AT&T it is $9.99 per month.

If you have your iPhone nearby, you can do EVERTHING with a GPS only Apple Watch that you can with a cellular model
