i have one cellfone model 5s

i forgoten the apple id and my email to recovery.my cellfone is disabled.

how do i can to unlock the cellfone and use it?

Remove your personal information from the public site. This is not safe.


To enable your iPhone back, follow the instructions from the article below:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


You can try to recover access to your Apple ID, head here:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


If you can't do that, please, contact Apple directly and ask them for the requirements to remove Activation Lock. Note, that it's only possible if it's locked to your account and you are the original owner of this iPhone.
