Hi! I saw other posts on here about people having problems with their screen in their mercedes. i have a 2018 CLA 250 and am having the same problem for about 8 months....I’ve taken it in twice to the dealer and they have upgraded and reset the system and the problem persist. Iphone 10 and is all up to date with software. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I've never seen anything even remotely like that. I suspect the problem is the head unit. You may want to try a different cable. Try the phone in a different vehicle from another manufacturer if at all possible to confirm CarPlay works normally on a different system.
i did try my phone in other cars and it worked in other cars its not my phone! also tried with different cables in my car and that didnt work. so i was assuming it was a mercedes problem but just wanted to make sure
Only Mercedes can fix it.
