I have an iPhone 8 version 12.3.2 and every time I try to add a ticket from an apps to wallet, the apps close and nothing is added to wallet.

Yes, all the apps. I can open the Wallet apps no problem.
Actually, the only app that I have been using trying to add to Apple Wallet is Viator
This is likely a problem with their app rather than wallet. Try reinstalling their app if you haven't done so already

The Genius Bar wasn't able to help you with it? That seems really strange.
Part of me me wonders if it is a software bug. Have you tried a backup and restore as new to see if the issue still exists?
