Keyboard not working, no backlight either

Hi guys, my keyboard stopped working randomly and the backlight isn't on either. I'm logged out and cannot log back in until the keyboard starts working. Help!

Use a wired USB Keyboard so you can log in. If the wired keyboard works, then you likely have a hardware issue which needs to be repaired. Make sure you have a current backup before taking the laptop in for service.
