We're back to the question I asked earlier which you didn't actually answer:
Backup and move are two different things. Which are you actually trying to do? What do you mean by "its not moving all of my music"? You can backup your library by copying the iTunes folder using Windows Explorer, but the tool I've suggested is more efficient when you want to update the backup with recent changes to the library as it will scan the original and backup folders, then only copy over the new or updated content.
If you want to run your iTunes library from an external drive that isn't a backup. You'd need to add a second drive for that. You can simply copy and paste using Windows Explorer to make a one time backup, but a few weeks later when you've added a few tracks and made a few metadata changes you don't want to copy everything all over again. SyncToy helps to quickly identify and copy only the new and updated files so the backup copy is a fully working clone of the original.

The user tip Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy - Apple Community should give you a step by step guide. You want to create an iTunes folder in your F: drive so that the right-hand folder of the pair is F:\iTunes. SyncToy is the application you're using to create and manage the backup that goes onto your external drive. The backup can be used independently of SyncToy. SyncToy is used to avoid unnecessary overwrites and also spot unexpected/unwanted changes in the source folder allowing you a changes to restore (manually) those files from backup if necessary.

What happens if I switch computers how would I get my music back with synctoy
See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. The library on your external drive should be able to work on a new computer immediately, or it can be copied into the internal drive, either by hand or again by setting up SyncToy.

I transferred all my iTunes media files to a SD drive and used the following guide: https://www.lifewire.com/move-itunes-library-to-new-location-2260027
Hopefully it will help you.

I will try synctoy but when I add songs to iTunes do I have to move the songs to synctoy or does it automatically do it
Once you have set up a folder pair in SyncToy, and then you've made changes in your library, you run SyncToy again while iTunes is closed and get it to scan for changes which you can review before you update the backup set. You don't have to which files need adding or overwriting, that's what SyncToy is for.
You only need the one installer, SyncToy 2.1 for 32-bit systems, SyncToy 2.1(64) for 64-bit systems.

I want to backup up all my music incase something happens to my laptop so I want to have all my music in iTunes backed up .i downloaded synctoy just dont know how to use it on the left folder I pick my iTunes folder and the right should I pick drive f my external hard drive? That's where my iTunes folder is saved to can you tell me the difference between backing up my music on synctoy vs using my external hard drive
I don’t think so. The backup files save in the local C: files by default.
It doesn't matter what drive iTunes is saved I want to know if I can save my iTunes library on a storage device live a external hard drive
How do I move all my songs in iTunes to my external hard drive
