We're back to the question I asked earlier which you didn't actually answer:
Backup and move are two different things. Which are you actually trying to do? What do you mean by "its not moving all of my music"? You can backup your library by copying the iTunes folder using Windows Explorer, but the tool I've suggested is more efficient when you want to update the backup with recent changes to the library as it will scan the original and backup folders, then only copy over the new or updated content.
If you want to run your iTunes library from an external drive that isn't a backup. You'd need to add a second drive for that. You can simply copy and paste using Windows Explorer to make a one time backup, but a few weeks later when you've added a few tracks and made a few metadata changes you don't want to copy everything all over again. SyncToy helps to quickly identify and copy only the new and updated files so the backup copy is a fully working clone of the original.

Is there a way to see what's saved on synctoy?
So its just another place that saves iTunes music besides in iTunes?why wouldn't you just use a external hard drive

It saves everything you tell it to. You use it to make a clone of your original iTunes folder. The cloned folder is a regular folder in your file system rather than a proprietary backup format. You can browse through it like you would any other.

Yes, you can move your iTunes Library (music, movies, etc) to an external hard drive.
What's the difference in using a external hard drive and using synctoy?
