Activation Lock
I bought a iPhone XR Black and it was Activation Locked and the owner doesn't remember the Apple ID or Password . I have proof of receipts in advance of buying the phone . Can y'all remove the account for me?

Nope, only the original owner with his/her receipt can get the phone unlocked. Return it.
