I am getting the same as re the corrupt APP bundle script missing from application bundle. How do i get rid of it. I had problems transferring a word document into hotmail using Safari. Any ideas anyone. Someone said it may be a problem that apply is sorting out.

I am having the same problem. It pops up every 15-20 minutes even if all my apps are shut.
Is this some sort of virus?
In the duration of me reading this thread and typing this out, it has come 2 times already :(
Any solutions?
MacBook Pro 2.5GHz As of July 17th, a pop up message that reads (Corrupt app bundle - Scrip missing from application bundle) continues to pop up every 15mins or so. The one thing i was trying to do was connecting HDMI to my TV to view a slide show from Adobe LR.
Stating that you have a "me too" problem with no more specific detail information than originally posted will not provide a solution for anyone. Details beget solutions, because we are not clairvoyant.
This is why Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question was written in the first place — because many people post here that they have a problem, but offer no information that can help arrive at a solution.
It is far better to start your own main post, where it will have a vastly larger audience, and receive the focus on your exact detailed issues. The solution for the OP of these threads, if they ever respond with details, may be entirely different from your specific implementation issues.
On the first page of this discussion, there are two solutions:

With lots of luck. You have to stare at the activity monitor in displaying cpu time and see if something looks odd. When the message is display look at cpu usage of processes. Press enter on the message. See if you can see a process momentarily jump in usage.

Some application is broken.
What were you doing when this message appeared?
Does it appear randomly?

Is this a Platypus UI solution, or a case where. you are referencing a script outside of the .app bundle?
I'm having this issue as well. If you find a solution to the problem, please share!!!
Its obviously a problem but no one is coming back with a solution. I have just the moved the pop up box to the bottom right hand corner of the screen so i can't see it.?
I have a MacBook Pro and wrestling with the exact same problem but my 'Corrupt app bundle" message pops up every 30 seconds. V annoying. Anyone have a solution?
How does one catch it?
I had the exact same problem. Restarting my mac in safemode worked. Basically restart your mac and press shift until the log in screen pops up
I ran Malwarebytes and remove threats the issue was gone.
