Iphone XS Max always restarting in one minute

New iphone xs max always restarts every one minutes. Why? already reset all content and setting, reset to a new phone and alreasy check about bug 2 december 2017, still not working. What should i do?

Since your XS Max is still covered by warranty, make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have it inspected. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options:
