If you have the little blue water drop at the top of your screen your watch is in water lock. The release method is to turn the Digital Crown until it unlocks, so maybe you didn’t turn enough. I suggest spin it between your thumb and finger, at least 2 full turns (either direction). The watch will activate the speaker at maximum volume to blast any water out, you need to hear the tone to know it has worked.

If you can’t get it to unlock your Digital Crown might have a hardware problem which means you need to Contact Support (link) and get the watch checked by Apple Service.
