Accidentally choosing wrong set up option after update without backing up

Dear friends,

when I made a choose to update my iPhone 7 plus i accidentally forgot to backup my data, after that the iPhone asks the set up options which I accidentally choose (restore backups from 2017)!!! Which leads to lost all my photos and videos from 2019, is there a tiny hope I could get it back?

No. If they were not backed up or synced to the cloud, they're gone.
