I need a virus/malware app for my iPhone 6s

My phone keeps reloading a page when I use it to find a subject. Is there a virus mobile app?

Possible Virus So I recently -very accidentally- opened an adult site via a pop-up that appeared last second. I closed out as soon as I could, but I didnt see that there was a second tab opened - warning that I had 13 viruses and my phone was 68% compromised and to download the Protection 360 app. Tbh I freaked out an downloaded it, only to find out later through research that I am SO not supposed to do that. I then Cleared my website history and cookies and reset my phone to factory settings. Is there anything I can do to see if there are actually viruses on that phone now? Because I am honestly a little scared to use it...

virus alert I received an alert while using Safari that my phone had a virus and all my data had been compromised. It said I needed to download an apple app to remove the virus. I also noticed a time countdown. My question is iPhone prone to viruses and do we need to download a virus protection? Any recommendations?

No. There are no viruses in the wild that can affect an iOS device that has not been jailbroken.

Thank you so much! I also talked to Apple support and the said that updates include updates to security issues. It’s a complete package. Thanks again
