Problems using AirPlay from iTunes on Windows 10 PC

Hi, I regularly use iTunes on my home PC (Windows 10) to AirPlay to my home stereo (Onkyo). Recently the AIrplay symbol has disappeared from the Itunes consol. It is normally next to the volume slide area. I have checked that AirPlay is still working from other devices to my home stereo. I can't find any other help on this issue. How do I get access back to the AirPlay function on iTunes if it has disappeared.

Windows, Windows 10

Brilliant - Thank you. You are correct. My Firewall settings are actually controlled by my AVG virus protection software. It had iTunes listed as "auto-decide" for mobile devices within its firewall settings. As soon as I changed this to "Ask" the AirPlay option re-appeared. Excellent advice. Thanks for your help.
