My keyboard is typing wrong letters and symbols

I am from Estonia and we have certain letters in our alphabet that the English one does not. I have set my keyboard to Estonian but I still can not type certain letters. Also, a lot of symbols do not show up as they are on the keyboard. What should I do?

Those Input Sources preferences do not "set" the keyboard, they just activate it. In order to actually use the keyboard, you need to go to the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen and make sure it says "Estonian" and NOT "ABC". If you don't need ABC, remove it from the list to avoid possible confusion.
