Sometimes when I open the camera app, it won't let me record videos. the phone will freeze and the screen will become blurry. If i reset the phone, it will work, but then it will happen again in a few hours. i also had this problem on my iphone 6s except it wouldn't let me take pictures. What is wrong with it and how do i permanently fix it?
