I bought a used phone for my kids. Previous owner didn’t sign out and find my iPhone is on

What can I do to make the phone work if the previous owner isn’t available to assist with providing their details? To log in and remove the find my I phone??

The only one who can release the Activation Lock is the original owner who set it.
