icloud calendar not syncing

Hi,

I have my work calendar on outlook synced to icalendar and it shows all events correctly on my iphone and ipad. However, when I log into icloud.com calendar, none of events show up. I had icloud sync turned on for calendar so I am not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong.
