Calendar on Microsoft Mail App does not sync both ways with icloud. Item entered on Mail App does not load to cloud.

Items entered on Mail App Calendar does not appear in the cloud calendar. The cloud calendar does appear in my Mail App calendar. I'm not sure what I need to do.

ICloud does not sync with MS Mail. Only MS Outlook is able to sync with iCloud.
