I’ve been with Apple Music a while now and I keep seeing this add for new users that they get 3 months free, where do us people that pay get anything free or specials?

Nowhere. Many services offer a free or reduced trial period to encourage people to subscribe. After that you subscribe if you want the service, or you cancel if you don't. If you want to cancel it please see Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
