Have you tried restarting/resetting your router? Are you using any anti-virus programs?
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. I can not open Apple Apps, it says Networking problem. How to resolve it?
I am using MacBook Air Safari Version 12.1.1.
What is custom user string? Where to look for it? Where will be the option to return it to the default?
