FaceId

My faceid stopped working. Have reset faceid, cleaned true depth cameras. When setting up, it tells me to lower iPhone to the point that my face is no longer in the screen then tells me to put my face back in the box.

My FaceID is not longer working and I can't reset it. Any solutions? I have an iPhone XS and this weekend for some reason my FaceID stopped working. My front-facing camera works just fine. I tried resetting my FaceID but it keeps telling me to Position My Face Within The Frame, which I am doing but it doesn't recognize that it's a face or something. Not sure what to do from here.

Face ID Stopped Working Recently I have noticed that the Face ID feature for my IPhone XS has stopped working. I have tried to reset it, but it won’t go any farther than the direction “Put your face in the frame”. My phone does have a minor crack over the camera, however I’ve had that for a while and my Face ID still worked after it cracked, so I don’t think that is the problem. I have also tried resetting my phone and then trying to reset the Face ID, but that didn’t work either.

Unable to set up Face ID feature suddenly Face ID feature have been stopped working. Now I am unable to reset it. Always ask position your face into the frame and move ur iPhone little lower and higher. But I couldn’t set up it.

Schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider, there's no way to fix it yourself
