I currently have Mac OS 10.10 but need to go to 10.12 or higher to install MS Office 365 9onto my MacBook Pro). Where can I find instructions to go to 10.12 or higher (don't see anywhere on Apple Store) ? Appreciate any guidance with instructions.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook Pro model you have, download High Sierra or Mojave from the Mac App Store. If neither of them are compatuble with yours, you can't.
