Printing a Google Doc preview in Safari gives a blank page

Hi,

I have a google doc that I'm sharing with some users... like this example...

Most of the users are on Windows 10 / Chrome/Edge/Firefox and are having no trouble printing using Cntrl-P - everything works just fine.

One or two of them are Mac users, and unfortunately when using Cmd-P in Safari, all they get is a blank page. See here...

Looks like it might be related to this printing of google maps problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Roy

Thank you for the info.

The doc is a Google Docs preview so there are no Docs tools visible. I'm trying to keep the interface as clean and simple as possible. Many of the users are elderly and not computer savy. In fact most of the users won't print the document down but a few like to have a paper copy.

Cmd-P was nice and simple - until it doesn't work :-)
