Authorization without permision

Hi, I was checking my account balance today and you guys have taken 39.99 dollars out my account for itunes. I do not use iTunes at all, let alone ever opened the app to check out. I would like for a full refund and explanation on why this keeps happening. I never gave you guys permission to take money off my card which I don’t know how you received that info to do in the first place. Pleas get back to me as soon as possible, Thankyou for your time.
