Can I edit 4K 60fps in Final Cut Pro

I see many of the older threads date a few years back, I hope there's been some progress - can I shot HEVC 4K 60 fps on iPhone XS Max and GoPRo and edit and export as a 4K 60fps video in Final Cut Pro?

iMovie downgrade it to 30fps and I start to get anxious FCP do the same.

(I'm running on Mojave 10.14.5 on a MacBook Pro Retina 11.1 (late 2013), 2,8 GHz Dual Core Intel i7, Turbo Boost up to 3,3 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD.)
