Camera Freezing

I am experiencing constant freezing of Facetime HD Camera on Windows 10. This seems to be a problem on multiple applications such as the Camera App, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix? I have reinstalled the latest drivers, so I am now at a loss for what to do.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Two are listed and according to device manager it's using
