I am experiencing constant freezing of Facetime HD Camera on Windows 10. This seems to be a problem on multiple applications such as the Camera App, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix? I have reinstalled the latest drivers, so I am now at a loss for what to do.

If you have verified that the correct driver is installed, run a SMC/NVRAM Reset and test.
The camera should be connected to the USB bus.
If you run BC Assistant -> Action -> Download, check the driver version in Bootcamp.xml and the currently installed driver.
Assuming this is the built-in iSight camera, does it show the same behavior in macOS?
On the macOS side, in About This Mac -> System Report -> Camera, there should be the camera type. It may be UVC or have a PID/VID. Can you post it?

What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Run a SMC and NVRAM Reset and test.
I tried this and unfortunately it's still periodically freezing. Any other ideas?

I will check my MBP later today and see what I have. I do not have any Camera issues, but the Mac model is different.

Thanks, I have reverted to use the 2013 driver and will test if that works.
