Does Apple Health app display wrong "Activity Energy"

Hello community,

does any body have the same issue.

I use the runtastic app and did a run e.g. 400calories, but in apples health app the value of 1.673kJ.

So the problem is that 400calories are 1,673kJ or 1.673J.

I know that is only a display bug, but the error is factor of 1000.

But the next problem is a man should eat 2000 - 2500kcal a day...

A run over 3miles or 5km i used only 400calories... is this possible or should the value be 400kcal?

If it should be 400kcal than the value off apples health app is correct... but not the display in the runtastic app...

May someone can help

hello sergekills,

your information is right.

i burned 133cal / mile....

but why is apple health app displaying a factor 1000 higher value....

the correct displayed value should be “1.673J” or “ 1,673kJ” nur not “1.673kJ”.

ok, the Runtastic app is exporting the wrong values to apple health app. :/
