I purchased an unlocked iPhone 6SE directly from Apple. When I insert an O2 GSM SIM in london I am getting: “ The SIM card you have installed in this iPhone is from a network provider that is not currently supported by the activation policy assigned by the activation server" I know the phone is not locked. I’ve only used prepaid sims in this phone. How do I fix?
The message you're getting indicates it is NOT unlocked.

I would have agreed. except it was purchased unlocked (not from a carrier but directly from a Apple). I see on the 6’s there was a problem with the Apple DB on certain models starting with an N? Could it be related? How do I fix? Apple can tell we purchased it unlocked directly from the Apple Store.
