How do I free up space in my iPad iCloud? How do I delete game off my iCloud? Just off my new iPad I put wrong game on and don’t want to delete it off my phone just clear off iPad.

If you delete the game on your iPad it will not have any effect on the phone. That type of action has nothing to do with iCloud and syncing across devices.
If you want to delete the app on the iPad, hold down on the app icon until it wiggles and then tap the X on the app icon to delete the app.
