When a phone under warranty is returned to Apple following break down and that phone was returned

with a SIM card onboard, how do we go about getting that SIM card returned?

Thank you so much, sadly, there was no verbal instructions, nobody noticed any written instructions, although advised to remove SimCard based on previous experience, this was trumped by the confidence Oly had in the advisor who overlooked

to mention this nugget of information, doesn’t Wally have a BAR code location for the device?
