Thank you so much, sadly, there was no verbal instructions, nobody noticed any written instructions, although advised to remove SimCard based on previous experience, this was trumped by the confidence Oly had in the advisor who overlooked
to mention this nugget of information, doesn’t Wally have a BAR code location for the device?
You don't. You go to your carrier and get a new SIM. The shipping instructions should have told you to remove the SIM before sending the device in for service.
