Apple Health ID isn’t me

I was looking at information in my Apple health app and for some reason it is my husband’s information (name, DOB, height, etc) not mine. How can I change this?

Health app So I have my dads old iPhone and am trying to figure out how to delete his profile on the my health app. I’m logged into iCloud on this phone, but his health information is still in and I am not able to figure out how to remove his and put mine.

Are you sharing the same Apple ID? If so, you need separate Apple IDs.
