Spaces.app pop up

This pop up suddenly appeared. (I never installed an app called spaces.) “Spaces.app“ wants access to control “Safari.app“. Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in “Safari.app“, and to perform actions within that app. Repeatedly clicking on "Don't allow" does not help! HELP!

I was on vacation for three weeks and when I came back to my house found this on my computer? Did not install anything ... i thought that Macs did not have any viruses ... what's the deal with his pop up?

HELP?!

Maybe you mean "paid" app... yes, but you can try it out for free, and it is functional for five reports, I believe - and a good value, anyway, if you decide to purchase it.

This is not a virus, but it is what is sometimes called a "pup" (Potentially Unwanted Program).

You may not have installed it willingly, but most likely were scammed by following a link in a dodgy website or email or something. All these exploits require action on the user's part.

Download Etrecheck and follow its instructions. Just like other users in this thread you are likely to get things fixed.
