In the last week, the keyboard is now in the middle (not at the bottom) of my ipad and totally unacceptable. It covers most of writing area. Please fix it! How to fix it

Pretty darn easy fix there. Simply tap the keyboard key on the bottom right hand corner of the keyboard and tell it to Dock.
I would recommend reading this link on how you can move the keyboard: How to split and move the keyboard on your iPad - Apple Support
Tap and hold down on the keyboard icon in the lower right corner and select Dock. You can turn that off in Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off.
