Can’t connect iPad Air to Marriot WIFI

I travel a lot and have no problem connecting to other hotels. But for some reason my iPad will not connect to Marriott WiFi. I have tried the: reset, auto sign login on off, airplane mode on off, forget this network etc... it has to be the iPad not liking Marriott or vice versa,

any help?

Wife’s iPad Air connects to hotel Wi-fi but my iPad Air 2 tells me Wi-fi unavailable! Both iPads been used before in hotel situations but today for some reason my wife’s older iPad is connected to Hotel Wi-fi while mine will not connect. the message I get is Hotel wi fi is unavailable! clearly that is not the case. Both iPads are set up exactly the same. The only slight difference is that my iPad Air 2 is waiting for a software update. Otherwise.... I am ....... baffled

WiFi on airplane or hotel Ever since I upgraded to ios15 I have been unable to utilize / connect to Wi-Fi at hotels or on airplanes. I never had an issue prior to ios15 i have tried turning VPN off, reset reconnect etc.. I have sat next to people on American Irvine’s running previous version with no issue please help I have tried on iPad gen8 and iPhone 2 pro max no issue with any PC platforms, surface or laptop

I would suggest reaching out to the tech support person at your hotel. All hotels have one.
