In other words, this confirms ‘no Single Sing-on’. Single Sign-on would mean not having to sign in to each one individually.

Did you contact their Customer Support? What did they say? Is there a wait period for account changes to be effective for access?

Most services on mobile seem to be from within the Xfinity Stream app. Maybe none of the external apps are supported with this service?
