Apple account shows wrong balance
Any others having iTunes show incorrect balance after redeeming an iTunes gift card?
Have you tried logging out and back into the account and seeing if it updates ?

Yes, I tried the update process and it didn’t change. But it updated in my Apple Card area instead of at the iTunes site where it shows Redeem and Gift area.
