I want to use "Do Not Disturb" from 10pm to 8am. I have set the phone to receive calls from my favorites. I am almost deaf so I will not hear the phone but I want it to flash. Please help because this is how my sick wife reaches me at night.

I have the same problem, Just do this.
Go Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Tap "LED Flash for Alerts" and enable that setting.
And is fixed

This is what I want to do:
I don't want calls between 10pm and 8am (I set this up in Settings > Do Not Disturb) except from my wife who is ill. I put her in my Favorites so she can call anytime. But I don't want calls from anyone else.
I have a hearing problem so I'm not wearing my hearing aids in bed. With these settings, the phone does not flash from 10pm to 8am.
Open the Settings app on your phone. Go to General --> Accessibility --> Tap "LED Flash for Alerts" and enable that setting.
Your phone should now also flash it's LED light when there is an incoming call.
