Did not get money on the App Store.

Hello. On July 9, I transferred 300 rubles (I am from Russia) to the App Store using QIWI Wallet (there are payment screens attached), but this money did not come. I wrote to QIWI Wallet tech support, they said to write to Apple tech support. I would like to know where this money is and return it to my QIWI Wallet or to a credit card.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store and iTunes to see if that will refresh the account balance?


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
