When I try to watch a video in the computer, it starts running normally, but soon, without any click, it starts running backwards and then doesn't run at all. It happens using Quicktime and VLC.

Does it happen with any QuickTime file, just to verify that it isn’t file-specific? I.e. a faulty file would show its unusual behavior in any player. If it happens using Quicktime and VLC, then that excludes many possibilities for errors (as these are very independent), and then it almost has to be in the file itself.

It happens with any video file. I can only watch videos with Chrome.
