Stolen phone-restoring old phone info

Hi,

Just had me iphone stolen while travelling overseas. Have a backup iphone my unsure how to restore my info from icloud without having my original phone?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

If you backed up your stolen device, you can restore that backup to the new one - https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521?locale=en_US

You would need to restore your new device from your icloud backup, it will give that option when you first set it up.

If you sync to icloud - you can view items by going to www.icloud.com on a web browser. Note what you sync to icloud isn't part of the icloud backup.
