Android Lock Screen Controls

Hi, I've been using Apple Music on Android for just over a month and am wondering if there is anyway to enable some type of play/pause/skip/back controls on the lock screen of my phone, similar to how Music works on an iPhone. I switched to a Google Pixel 3a recently, ditching my SE but deciding to stay with AM. Google Play Music and YouTube Music both offer controls like this on Android but I haven't been able to find anywhere to suggest it's possible to do with Apple Music.

If you have notifications disabled for Apple Music, this might hide the controls that are present the player notification on the lockscreen or pulldown.
