Fingers hurting after using MacBook Air
I have read many "helpful answers" in other posts regarding this issue but I can tell you positively there is an issue with the track pad or the coating on the track pad. It isn't a medical issue as I have seen my regular MD, my neurologist, a rheumatologist and orthopedic specialist. Interestingly enough my ortho said he has had the same issue with his Mac.
I was diagnosed with MS this year so I was thinking the pain in my fingertips could have been related to that. Stupid me would lick my fingertips and then blow on them when they would hurt while using my laptop. When my tongue started having the same weird deep pain as my fingers I finally realized it is my MacBook Air causing the problem.
I tend to think it is a coating especially after experiencing the same feeling on my tongue.
I have posted about this before but I am updating each time I see a specialist that can rule out any physical cause other than the track pad
Also there are 1000's complaining about this exact same issue on FB, Discuss and other online forums
