Apple id password forgot

Hello my name is sachin i m working in apple india as a IPRO there is a customer walk in my store. They some help from me they has a iphone 6splus the problem is they reset there from setting and they forgot there apple id password and phone has been reset so there is no rescu no feeded on the id. So how can i help them .?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
