I am a student in collage in Israel.
Next weekend I will be with my family in New York, so I want to buy the new iPad Pro with the student discount?
What i I need to show/evince to apple store sellers that I am a student?
I already have a Student Apple Music subscription...

Please understand that you are not addressing Apple here. We are other end users like you. If the useful link Bob provided does not answer your questions you will need to contact Apple directly either through a retail store or the contacts they list for Israel.
I think if you read the article that BobTheFisherman has provided you, you will find that, in order to be eligible, your presence in the US and that you are a student, does not qualify you. You would have to be attending or accepted to a US educational institution to actually qualify. However, as Allan Jones has suggested, you should contact Apple directly to know for sure.
If i am a student in country outside of USA, Am I entitled to a student disscount?
