If i am a student in country outside of USA, Am I entitled to a student disscount?

I think if you read the article that BobTheFisherman has provided you, you will find that, in order to be eligible, your presence in the US and that you are a student, does not qualify you. You would have to be attending or accepted to a US educational institution to actually qualify. However, as Allan Jones has suggested, you should contact Apple directly to know for sure.
