How did this content get on your iPad, if it wasn't in your iTunes library on your computer?
Connect your iPad to your computer and when it's recognized, click on your iPad to open it in iTunes. You'll see the synced content and you should be able to uncheck it to remove it from the iPad.

YES, I did all that. I did synced content and unchecked it to remove it from the iPad. And, it did delete all of them. However, when I go to iPad storage section, the "synced from iTunes library" still used more than 2.81GB. What gives? It should be zero.
Reboot your iPad, then check the storage. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go. Chances are storage will change.
Just did. Rebooted the iPad by holding both power and home buttons at the same time. After reboot, I checked the iPad "synced from iTunes library" storage, and it still used 2.81GB storage space. I don't understand. Any other fix solution I could try? Thanks.
Thanks for your help. Appreciated your time. Right now, I only have 1GB storage space left and 3GB iCloud. So, if I run out of space, I think I will do a clean restore the iPad from iTunes. Hopefully, that will fix the problem.
A clean restore will certainly help you. You need to delete more things off your device though. I would delete photos you don't need, apps you don't use, text messages, emails, etc. Then do the restore.
You delete content synced from your iTunes library to your iPad the same way you put them there, which is you connect your iPad to your computer and use iTunes to unsycn the content.
I have nothing to sync up from iTunes. My iTunes has zero data files.
