Can’t change my payment details

My current card has expired, when I go to add another payment method it won’t let me because it says I need to verify my current one, I can’t verify it because it’s expired. I can’t delete it because it says I need at least one payment method, I’m stuck

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
