I have two payment methods on my iPhone , one of which is my main payment method for apple ID. My other one is an expired credit card. I am unable to verify the first one , unable to remove the expired one and unable to add a new one , so it's impossible to add any subsriptions !!

Ongoing subscriptions and Family Sharing organizers must always have a payment method present. To edit the cards used for those you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before removing the old card (see: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support ).
